Suggestion
Didn't we need to add "townhouse" to the list of land uses that need to provide accessible parking? I think that was somehow an oversight in my recommended edits here. The purpose of adding the new text about excluding parking in a private driveway was to include TH as a use that requires accessible parking if it is a form like an apartment complex and exclude this use if it is the development form more similar to a duplex.
